Join us in the beautiful Smoky Mountains this spring for a rejuvenating getaway with 25 badass women ready to embrace their inner goddesses!
Get in touch with and ask for what you want, learn how to say no to what you don't want, overcome fear and shame, and embrace the pleasure you deserve. No lifestyle experience required!
- Morning yoga, coaching, and writing workshops will give you roots.
- Afternoon hikes and hangouts will give you time to connect and grow.
- Evenings dancing in town or experiencing sensual touch at our Secret Garden party will allow you to blossom.

Kate has degrees in English literature and education. She spent 23 years teaching high school English, specializing in the senior Creative Writing course. She's written a novel and is working on a memoir. She is also a certified personal life coach and is obsessed with the Enneagram!

Catherine is the founder of Expansive Connection Coaching, a practice of 5 coaches committed to helping ethically non monogamous relationships thrive. Catherine’s undergraduate degree is in Health Promotion and master’s is in Community Counselling. She has over 18 years experience as a Nationally Certified and licensed counsellor. She is also a relationship coach and Registered Yoga Teacher.
