Roman colosseums and aqueducts, lavender fields, wineries, and weekly markets in ancient towns make Provence one of the most visited and photographed places on earth.
Day trips include visits to iconic Luberon region towns like Rousillon and Gordes. Each have their own unique character, and we're well-positioned to explore them all. We'll also visit the papal palace in Avignon and explore nearby L'Isle sur la Sorgue.
A natural wonder of this area is The Calanques national park. We'll check it out by boat from Marseille. And Provence is France's oldest wine region, so a visit to a Châteauneuf-du-Pape winery is a must!
Our home base is a newly restored farmhouse on 5 private acres just outside L'Isle sur la Sorgue. The main house and its attached annex has an enormous eat-in kitchen, several comfortable lounging areas, and ten ensuite bedrooms. The pool house offers a little extra privacy and quiet behind the pool, along with a sauna that you can invite your friends to check out.
The property features a heated pool, games, and an inflatable kayak to explore the Sorgue River, which runs right through the property. We'll have meals prepared by a private chef, a catered cocktail party with a DJ, a restaurant dinner in town, and transportation to all day trips on a private coach.
To get there, fly into Marseille and arrange transport for the one-hour drive to our villa. Or fly into Paris and take the high speed train for a 2 hour, 40 minute scenic trip straight down to Avignon. Our farmhouse is a 40 minute drive from there. Want to rent a car? We are within 30 minutes of plenty of gorgeous little villages to check out on your free days. We also have plenty of parking!

- All prices in USD, based on double occupancy
- Deposit of $2,000 USD per couple due at time of booking (refundable until Jan 1st, 2025)
- Remainder of cost due June 1st, 2025
- Accommodation, excursions, breakfasts, and four dinners with wine included

Attached to the main house with a private entry across a gravel courtyard, this annex offers a standard queen bedroom with full ensuite ($6,200), a shared kitchenette, and a larger king bedroom with full bathroom and walkout to private patio ($6,500). A perfect space to share with friends!
