Join us for an unforgettable five-day wellness retreat in Whistler, Canada, where nature, adventure, and inner connection come together in perfect balance. (And help us celebrate Kate's 50th birthday on the 4th!)
Our group of eleven couples will share delicious meals, yoga sessions, old growth forest hikes, zipline adventures, and fun on the crystal-clear waters of Alta Lake, all just minutes from the heart of Whistler Village.
We'll have time to enjoy our chalet's spa with sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunges, home theatre, and use of the six included bikes, two paddle boards, and kayak. You’ll also have the space to connect deeply with yourself, your partner, and your new friends through guided journalling and discussions with Kate and Catherine from Expansive Connection Coaching.
A highlight of the week will be an optional journey aided by the empathogen MDMA (pre-tested for safety and decriminalized in BC). Through compassionate guidance, group coaching, and integrative practices, Catherine will help you explore new depths of emotional and relational clarity, insight, and sexy connection.

- All prices in USD, per room, based on double occupancy
- Deposit of $2,000 USD per room due at time of booking (fully refundable minus $200 admin fee for 30 days)

- Remainder of cost due April 1st, 2026, with no refunds beyond this date

Meet our resident coach
Catherine is the founder of Expansive Connection Coaching, a practice of 5 coaches committed to helping ethically non monogamous relationships thrive. Catherine’s undergraduate degree is in Health Promotion and her master’s is in Community Counselling. She has 2 decades of experience as a Nationally Certified and licensed counsellor and coach (though she does not work under these boards for her work in this space). She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Start the fun early!
If you have a little extra time, why not join some of your fellow travellers in Vancouver two nights before the larger tour begins? On Saturday, we'll share an included welcome dinner and visit the on-site night club, Mansion. On Sunday, after a delicious breakfast, we'll take a small-group whale watching tour and visit the Granville Island Market. Then we'll travel together on Monday, via private transport on the incredible Sea to Sky Highway, to join the rest of the group in Whistler.
A welcome reception in a private suite, 2-night accommodation in an executive king room, daily breakfasts, welcome dinner with wine, 20% off spa treatments, whale-watching trip, Granville Island market visit, and transportation from Paradox Hotel to Whistler and back to the Vancouver airport is included. Saturday night's dinner, transfers from the airport to the Paradox Hotel, and flights not included.
